Easy to use even with no roasting experience
I purchased this coffee roaster in January, and having been drinking home-roasted coffee from it exclusively since. Of course, fresh roasted coffee is a step-up from supermarket coffee. I have found that using one of the pre-made roast profiles available in the app results in great tasting coffee that is always fresh.
Next Gen Coffee roaster with tier 1 support
The support is out of this world. I had an issue with my temperature probe and they scheduled a service to pick it up from Canada to send back to Taiwan, and had the roaster back in 2 weeks. They replaced my sensor with a beefier one, and even fixed my slightly crooked door. Top notch,
