お客様へ   いつもご愛顧いただき誠にありがとうございます。お客様に本製品の研究報告を更新いたします。 ここでお客様にお知らせとご提案をいたします。恐れ入りますが、お手元にR2が届いたら、ドラムの上にある二つのベアリングを外していただけますでしょうか。外す方法はとても簡単です。下記の写真をご参照ください。 この二つのベアリングは輸送時にドラムを保護するために設計されたもので、お手元に届いた後は外して頂いてもご使用には支障がございません。   ご注意ください。ドラムの下にあるベアリングは外さないでください。下のベアリングはドラムを支える役割があるため、どうか外さないでくださいますようお願いいたします。   上のベアリングを外すことで、以下の状況を避けることができます。 焙煎時に異音が発生する 上のベアリングは清潔する時に少し妨げになりかねません。   上記の考慮要件を踏まえて、お客様のお手元にR2が届いたら、どうかできるだけ早く上のベアリングをお外しください。   下記は上のベアリングを外すSOPでございます。ご参照ください。 R2での焙煎を思う存分お楽しみ頂けますと幸いです。   Sandbox Smart
