There is a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase. Just provide your PO and current product status to Sandbox Smart. We will inspect the product, if its a machine problem it will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period. If the damage is caused by human factors, the maintenance fee will be charged.

If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the APP login page, enter the email account you applied for, and the new password will be sent to your mailbox. After logging in with the new password received by mail, please click the “account” in the APP to reset the password.
