Sandbox Smart R2 suggests that the two bearings above the drum can be removed

We are here to inform and advise everyone that after receiving the R2 device, you can remove the two bearings above the drum, their position is after opening the front door, and removal is also effortless. Please see the picture below:

These two bearings were designed to prevent the drum from being displaced due to the impact force during the transportation of the equipment. Once the device arrives, it does not actually have any function, and removing it will have no effect on its use.

We recommend removing the two bearings above the drum, but please do not remove the two bearings below the drum, because the two bearings below the drum still have the function of supporting the drum. Be sure to only remove the two bearings above the drum.

Removing the 2 bearings above the drum can also avoid the following situation.

1. During the R2 operation, the bearing above the drum sometimes makes abnormal noises.
2. The bearing above the drum can also affect the ease of cleaning.

Because of these considerations, we sincerely recommend to customers that when receiving the R2, please remember to remove the bearing above the drum as soon as possible.
